West Kent Tuition

Tiffany obtained a BA(Hons) in English and American Literature, and followed this with a PGCE at the highly respected and innovative University of Reading Education Department. She has many years of teaching experience, from tiny rural schools, to large inner London primaries. During three separate Ofsted inspections she was rated outstanding on each occasion, with particular strengths in enriching the learning of able children. Teaching in West Kent schools has given her insight into the requirements of the many different secondary schools within this area, and how children can achieve the school best suited to their needs and abilities. Tiffany now uses her years of expertise to ensure that both her pupils and their parents are guided through the complex 11+ system in West Kent.
Grant obtained a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics at the world renowned Royal Institution of Great Britain. Following his Ph.D. he went on to a Royal Society Fellowship based jointly at the Royal Institution and in South Africa, helping the historically disadvantaged University of the North set up a world class Computational Physics centre. He then went on to the City of London, working as a quantitative analyst in the highly demanding area of exotic derivatives trading. After retiring from the City Grant decided to use his love of Maths and Logical Reasoning to help children with their Kent 11+ exams. He has achieved great success with his pupils gaining entry to the top super-selective schools in West Kent.
